He killed three children in the back room of a restaurant, one child in a hotel, and three children in his home. Afton was never caught and never faced any consequences for his actions.
He is a serial killer who murders children and animatronics. It is unknown how many children William Afton has killed, but it is implied that he has killed many. In the first game, it is implied that he has killed at least five children.
In the second game, it is implied that he has killed even more children. In the third game, it is implied that he has killed even more children. In the fourth game, it is implied that he has killed even more children. In the fifth game, it is implied that he has killed even more children. William Afton is a sick and twisted individual who deserves to be locked up for the rest of his life. The fact that he has killed so many innocent children is truly horrifying.
Hopefully, one day he will be caught and brought to justice. The first child that William Afton killed was a little girl named Maria. Afton lured her into the back room with the promise of a Freddy Fazbear plushie.
Once she was in the room, he locked the door and proceeded to stab her to death with a knife. The next child he killed was a boy named Jeremy. He lured Jeremy into the back room with the promise of seeing the new Freddy Fazbear animatronic. Once Jeremy was in the room, Afton locked the door and strangled him to death. The third child that Afton killed was a girl named Samantha.
Once she was in the room, he locked the door and stabbed her to death with a knife. This can be caused by exposure to certain chemicals, such as nitrites, or by certain medical conditions, such as congenital heart disease. William Afton, the founder of Fazbear Entertainment, is known to have had at least four children. Afton remains a suspect in the eyes of many, but there is no definitive proof that he is the killer.
